***We are looking for an experienced bilingual patient support operator to join our team. By just doing what you do best, you will help patients receive better care and reach better outcomes at PPOA.***

Responsibilities

Job Summary: 

Patient support operators introduce our patients to what “superior service” means at PPOA. As such, we are looking for an operator with an engaging personality and a real knack for service. This position is responsible for connecting our patients to our many providers, locations, and affiliate services. PPOA is committed to providing superior customer service and we want our employees to take that mission to heart too.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and medical procedures accurately in our Electronic Health System
  • Provide patients with accurate answers to basic questions about the company
  • Connecting patients with the right department for more specific questions
  • Provide pleasant, helpful, and superior customer service to every patient

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Excecllent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and find effective solutions by connecting patients with the right department
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred
