Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is an established AND growing integrated health organization with multiple sites in Texas and Florida. Our team of talented professionals covers the non-medical side of healthcare so our doctors can simply focus on providing the best patient care.

PPOA is looking for a credit balance clerk to join our Revenue Cycle- clinics division for a 3 month assignment. The credit balance clerk will work off an excel report to move balances within our electronic systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Detail-oriented professional- ability to stay organized and set-priorities
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with terminology beneficial- ability to determine difference between debit/credit, copays etc.
  • No phone experience necessary. Position will be primarily data entry/system updates.

Qualifications

  • Great attitude!
  • High-school graduate
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Excel
  • Revenue Cycle experience preferred
