    Business Development – Ancillary Products and Services


    Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is an established AND growing integrated healthcare company. We manage a diverse set of medical ventures, specializing in pain management and surgery centers in both Texas and Florida. Our growth has surpassed even our own expectations and we are looking for an experienced, passionate and innovative Business Development professional with Ancillary Products and Services experience.


    The Business Development- Ancillary Services is responsible for directing, establishing, maintaining and planning the overall policies, goals and objectives for a business development, product and service and operations/sales/marketing department. You will identify key, potential business partners and negotiate agreements.  This position works with operations executives and medical director to align goals and objectives to not only meet, but to exceed the company's overall growth strategies.  This position will be reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Division.



    • Educate staff and physician members about products and services offered by the PPOA and any of its affiliates
    • Develop relationships with PPOA and/or non-PPOA physicians in order that they utilize all PPOA services and products
    • Participate in the development and implementation of creative and successful marketing strategies & campaigns to align with company’s growth objectives
    • Manage and direct the business development, marketing, public relations and advertising sales process to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall development of sales and marketing related initiatives.
    • Manage an assigned territory calling on both new and existing accounts.
    • Educate providers on products and services offered by the PPOA ancillary division.
    • Strong customer service orientation is required
    • Must have a strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communicator and skillful in maintaining ongoing interpersonal relationships


    • A Bachelor’s degree in a related area or a minimum of 5 years experience in the business development/medical marketing/sales.
    • Experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales in ancillary products and services or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
    • Establish provider relationships to utilize PPOA products and services
    • Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.
    • Must be able to travel frequently within their assigned territory. Infrequent overnight travel may be required.
