Overview

Regional Clinical Supervisor

Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is an established AND growing integrated health organization; our operations include multi-site ambulatory surgery centers, medical clinics (primary care & pain management), pharmacies, and laboratories (toxicology and pharmacogenomics). Like a crime-fighting organization of superheroes all with very different superpowers, we are disease-fighting team where all our unique entities and services work together toward the same mission: to serve our customers, employees, communities and investors by offering high quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Supervisor to lead our Pain Relief Groups in the Tampa Bay Area. We need a team-player-- someone able to face problems with positivity and to direct their team toward solutions. This is a hands-on role, we are looking for someone with a strong clinical background and a willingness to jump into the clinic workflow when required. The role requires daily communication with clinics to assist with their operation and ensure their compliance. Super-strengths in coaching, training, and leadership are a powerful plus. With any great power comes great responsibility and all leaders in our organization must accept accountability for their role. Supervisors will be responsible for building-up employee morale, promoting patient satisfaction, and strengthening physicians’ relationships within the organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong clinical background and experience (MA, CNA, or LPN trained and certified)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a medical office manager or equivalent
  • Outstanding communicator- able to effectively take information from top management and clearly communicate expectations across all levels of clinical organization
  • Working knowledge of current healthcare clinic regulations and requirements
  • Reliable transportation with ability to travel between clinics as assigned
