    Attorney Account Rep

    Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is an established AND growing integrated health organization with multiple sites in Texas and Florida. Our team of talented professionals covers the non-medical side of healthcare so our doctors can simply focus on providing the best patient care.

    ***We are looking for an experienced Attorney Account Representative to join our team. We are looking for an exceptional customer service rep that can handle scheduling new personal injury patients and provide both a positive experience for the patient as well as the referring physician or attorney.***


    • Schedule new auto patients that are self, specialty doctor and/or attorney referred efficiently and accurately in our EMR system
    • Handle high volume of calls for the personal injury division
    • Communicate professionally with law firms to obtain case information including but not limited to Auto Information, Medical Information, Policy Limits asking for LOP’s
    • Follow up via email to law firms that have provided information requiring verification
    • Work as part of the Personal Injury team and provide support to the department


    • Must have 1-3 years of billing, collections and accounts receivable experience and understanding of Medical Terminology
    • Experience as a paralegal or legal aid or equivalent familiarity with law firms helpful
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
    • Microsoft proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook)
