    EHR Systems Analyst

    ***We are looking for an experienced EHR Systems Analyst to join the IT team. The EHR Systems Analyst will communicate between departments to ensure all medical staff meet the standards as required by their professional agencies in addition to fulfilling the needs of commercial and government agencies***


    • Oversee and support multiple clinical software platforms, including but not limited to, Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.), Practice Management, Pharmacy, Lab Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) software, Payment Processing, and Finance & Accounting
    • Point person for all software platform support questions from end-users, requiring the management of PPOA I.T. application support tickets
    • Training/Documentation:
      • Lead I.T. training and field support teams to effectively administer and utilize available software tools and resources
      • Ensure proper multimedia training resources are created and readily available for end users, including step-by-step documentation and management of SharePoint training site
      • Work with project and process improvement team to develop and document standardization of workflow processes within all software platforms
      • Responsible for instructional design and training for new end users and retraining as needed
      • Maintain a productive environment encouraging staff development, training, and enhanced software offerings and awareness
    • Project Management Related:
      • Maintain outside vendor relationships for software packages and ongoing consultative services for I.T. led project initiatives (when applicable)
      • Lead technical teams through projects involving data migrations, interface design and implementation, as well as software implementation and transitions
      • Organize cross functional teams to properly implement company vision and strategy as they relate to software usage and best practice utilization
      • Ensure systems' development and maintenance is performed in a timely manner; provides efficient workflow and processing for end users and communicates system maintenance downtimes to all impacted staff.
    • Communicate with all key stakeholders regarding enterprise software updates and upgrades, and lead teams through User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance for all software platforms
    • IT liaison to physicians and clinic staff; coordinates activities with the IT department, clinics, the acquisitions team, and compliance 



    • Associates degree in a related field (business administration, computer science, nursing, etc.)
    • 5-7 years in I.T. or medical business operations related to healthcare and clinical systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
    • Understanding of E.H.R. software and its purpose in population healt
    • Able to manage/create simple Microsoft SharePoint intranet site
    • Analytical and problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement
    • Travel within the United States, sometimes with short notice


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business administration, computer science, nursing, etc.)

    • Experience working with the following systems: Greenway PrimeSuite and Intergy, HST Pathways

    • Experience working in a medical office, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), revenue cycle and/or ancillary services (i.e. laboratory, pharmacy) setting highly desired

    • Advanced data analytical skills

    • Experience implementing E.H.R. platforms (particularly Greenway Intergy) across multiple service lines and specialties

    • PMP certification from a Project Management Institute accredited program

    • H.R. or Practice Management certifications (particularly Greenway Intergy, HST Pathways)
