    Regional Clinical Supervisor

    Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is an established AND growing integrated health organization with a diverse set of medical ventures, specializing in pain management clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. 

    We are looking for a Regional Clinical Supervisor to help manage our clinical practices. The strong leader in this role will help ensure all clinics are following standard protocols and procedures to ensure that at every PPOA facility, all patients are receiving the same superior level of service and care.


    • Provide leadership to practice manager at each facility
    • Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures; ensure communication and training is effective
    • Coach and counsel clinics to ensure the staff is performing according to expected standards
    • Jump in to day-to-day clinic flow when needed; the leader in this role should have a strong clinical background and be able to lead by example
    • Handle facility problems as they arise with positivity; direct the team toward solutions
    • Communicate daily with assigned clinics to assist with operations
    • Remain accountable for the operations at every facility
    • Stive towards improving day-to-day operation
    • Contribute to clinical improvements


    • High school diploma or higher
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a medical office manager
    • Working knowledge of current healthcare clinic regulations and requirements
    • Reliable transportation with ability to travel between clinics as assigned
    • Fantastic team skills—able to build-up employee morale, coach and train employees, promote patient satisfaction, and strengthen physicians’ relationships
