We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Tech excited to join us in providing this unique patient experience. Joining our team as a tech means accepting responsibility for providing an outstanding experience through medication counseling and prescription fulfillment, all under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

    • Provide top-tier customer service to patients—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service is what distinguishes us from other pharmacies and encourages our patients to trust us with their care
    • Take the time to understand the patients' needs and engage patients in a thoughtful discussion of solutions-- presenting available merchandise, highlighting the Company’s products and services that can help
    • Process prescription and OTC orders and purchases
    • Data entry: record prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete/maintain paperwork, forms and complete other required documentation
    • Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area
    • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, securing, cleaning, and organizing product displays


    • High school diploma / GED.
    • State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration
    • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with special emphasis on effective telephone correspondence with a customer-first attitude.
    • Excellent problem solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to present organized solutions
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain courteous and professional composure during stressful situations
    • Be able to process prescriptions efficiently. (This consists of typing prescriptions, choosing the correct drug/item and submitting the claims to a third party payer.)
    • Experienced with handling/fixing insurance claim rejections/issues as they occur
    • Compounding experience is an asset but not a requirement for this position.
