    Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is a rapidly growing integrated health organization. Our current affiliates include ambulatory surgical centers, medical clinics, pharmacies and laboratories in both Texas and Florida.


    The Senior Digital Marketing Director will direct all functions of the Digital Marketing Department and will be responsible for best utilizing PPOA’s digital resources to build PPOA’s audience and continue driving new business.



    • Develop and deliver marketing policies based on industry best practice; communicate clear standard operating procedures to the marketing team as well as enterprise-wide to ensure efficient departmental processes

    • Build PPOA’s audience by targeted strategies to increase patient base

    • Increase provider referrals through collaboration with business development initiatives

    • Increase overall web traffic to company site and social media

    • Create a strong brand and online presence for PPOA; take ownership of our digital fingerprint

    • Promote PPOA product and service lines through creative marketing techniques via web, Google reviews, SEO etc.

    • Manage the company’s online reputation by working with key stakeholders within the organization to mitigate negative feedback and promote positive feedback

    • Review online statistics and utilize data analytics to determine best spend of marketing resources; determine ROI and adjust strategies accordingly

    • Manage marketing budget efficiently and identify areas to minimize expenses while maximizing impact

    • Present marketing strategies to executive leadership team and company stakeholders as needed

    • Listen to customers’ needs and create products and services that effectively address those needs



    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

    • 5+ years experience as manager of marketing team

    • Strong digital marketing and online brand management background

    • Experience developing and implementing and executing marketing strategy

    • Knowledge of the processes, tools, and techniques for identifying and launching potential areas for business growth

    • Knowledge of industry tools and techniques for analyzing existing and future market trends

    • Ability to utilize customer profile and information in ways that are consistent with the company’s overall mission

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Excellent analytical skills; experience with online analytics tools

    • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

    • Ability to capture and analyze key data to make analytical decisions on strategy an budget

    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a collaborative, hands-on manner

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
