  • Overview

    • Understand basic building functions
    • Basic HVAC knowledge
    • Point of contact for outside contractors, vendors, and property managers
    • On call after hours for emergencies
    • Work on ladders at heights of 12 feet
    • Prioritize work orders
    • Work independently
    • Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs
    • Drive to all locations needed to complete assigned work orders
    • Order and pick up materials needed to complete work
    • Maintain and budget company credit card and submit all work orders and receipts in timely manor
    • Maintain and submit monthly mileage reports
    • Strong customer service skills


    • Replace light bulbs / ballasts
    • Replace ceiling tiles
    • Minor drywall repairs
    • Painting touch ups
    • Replace outlets, switches, and covers as needed
    • Unclog sinks and toilets
    • Replace A/C filters and maintain logs
    • Fix / Replace door locks, hardware, and closures
    • Assist in the assembly of office and medical equipment
    • Assist with moving furniture or medical equipment
    • Assist with fire / life safety inspections & repairs
    • Hang and mount items on walls
    • Pressure wash exterior
    • Assist in ice prevention / snow removal when needed


    • 1-3 years’ experience in a maintenance role
    • Must have reliable trasportation
    • Must have a cell phone
    • Must have own basic hand tools
    • Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment ( P.P.E.)
    • Basic Computer skills using Excel, Word, & Microsoft outlook
