Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is a rapidly growing integrated health organization. Our current affiliates include ambulatory surgical centers, medical clinics, pharmacies and laboratories in both Texas and Florida.

We are looking for Schedulers to join our Patient Experience Department. This department focuses on delivering the “superior service” that defines the PPOA patient experience. As such, we are looking for schedulers with engaging personalities and the willingness to go above and beyond in service. The role requires a detail-oriented professional that will be cross-trained to navigate coordinating authorizations and schedule appointments across our many providers, locations, and affiliate services.


  • Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and medical procedures accurately in our Electronic Health System
  • Provide patients with answers to basic questions about the company
  • Connect patients with the right department for more specific questions
  • Leave every patient feeling “wowed” by the level of service
  • Meet and ideally exceed team goals


  • High School Graduate
  • 2+ years medical scheduling experience
  • Prior experience with HMO, PPO, Commercial, Medicare insurances is a plus
  • Experience in phone sales HIGHLY preferred
  • Bilingual strongly preferred
